The U.S. Vets-WLAVA Building 210 project is the adaptive reuse of a commercial building on the West Los Angeles Veteran Affairs campus, which is currently under construction at 790 Bonsall Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. This existing structure is under construction and will be adapted to provide affordable housing options for 37 homeless, female veterans. Once completed, the project will offer a safe and comfortable place for those who have served our country to live directly on the West Los Angeles Veteran Affairs campus, where a multitude of services and benefits will be available to tenants.
The primary developer on the transaction is U.S. VETS, a leading non-profit veteran service provider since their inception in 1993, and more recently, a developer of affordable housing. Kingdom Development is assisting US VETS on the U.S. Vets-WLAVA Building 210 project and is excited to help further both organizations missions by doing so. The U.S. Vets-WLAVA Building 210 project is part of a master plan to redevelop the entire West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs campus, which once completed will provide affordable housing options, social services, and medical services to the veteran population.
