Jim currently serves as Kingdom’s CFO and Vice President of Development and has over 30 years in the Construction & Development industries with 24 years specifically in the Affordable Housing industry. Prior to joining Kingdom’s team in February of 2018, Jim had served in various capacities including CFO, COO, and CEO.

Jim has been a licensed CPA in California since 1986 and has been a licensed (B) General Contractor in California since 2016. Combining the accounting, financial, construction, and development experience, Jim effectuates a project’s initial and ongoing success.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Public Accounting from the California State University of San Bernardino. He has 5 adult children that have all successfully graduated from local universities and spent 12 years as a youth sports coach in Moreno Valley.
